Leasing:

   

Leasing is the easiest and quickest method of raising finance, which is used by every landlord. Before Apartlease, no one believed that a particle of their asset can be leased at any cost in the market.   

Apartlease introduced the new leasing concept back in October 2019. They have allowed a Landlord to lease a part of the property (apartment or house) for a particular period, and the landlord receives the total rent of the contracted period at discount rate.

     

Apartlease as a lessee of the property takes beneficiary ownership, which means that the landlord must administrate the leased property and pay back half or agreed amount as a rent from the property on the lease term. 

Avoiding the failure of monthly rent, the landlord provides a dated paycheck to the lessee on behalf of the tenant.   Under beneficiary ownership, the landlord is a lessor as well as the administrator of the leased property. 

Sub-leasing: 

  

Apartlease leased property are listed on their website for sub-leasing. Anyone investing through our portal is a lessee for Apartlease leased property, and rental income will be generated from the investment.  

How do you invest in the Apartlease lease market?  

From the Apartlease website, you can choose the amount you want to invest in the lease market, and how much daily rental income and the lease period from each investment. 

Daily rental income is deposit to the eWallet of the investor. When the total rental income has reached MVR 1000.00, you can withdraw cash or re-invest on live property. Re-investing leads to an increase in daily rental income, and each investment has 2 years of contract. Investment profit is laying on the invested amount, between 7%- 12% per annum.
